The Coconut River Estates Civic Association is your neighborhood association.  Unlike other neighborhoods, we are a voluntary association. The 2024 dues are $450.00.  New members must pay an additional $100.00 initiation fee. We encourage you to join us so we can cohesively decide on issues that affect permanent, seasonal, and rental residents of our neighborhood.
 

Members have access to:

• Boat Ramp with access to the Gulf

• Boat Trailer Storage - Additional $350.00 annual fee required

• Heated Pool

• Children’s Playground

• Shuffleboard

• Four Pickelball Courts and Tennis Court

• Nature Area

• Screened Pavilion for your private events.
